On the main bag side of organizer there are four additional credit card slots and a coin purse. There is a cell phone holder (from the flip phone era) that has a belt clip. It could be used for housing keys, makeup items, etc.. I have a black one, in constant use for over 12 years and it looks like new. Excellent quality materials and manufacturing. Worn on the back, shoulder (if in a hurry), but I absolutely prefer wearing it in front, especially when traveling. Bought both the black and this brown at the same time (about 12 years ago) thinking I\'ll have a reserve when the used one brakes.....It is true though that I care for my wearables and handle them with love.
