This is a beautiful 1921 Elgin men\'s wristwatch featuring a 15-jewel manual-wind Grade 462 movement housed in its original Wadsworth 14K gold-filled cushion case with decorative engraving. The case back is personalized with \"Testa Cooper\" and \"ΠΒΦ\" (Pi Beta Phi sorority), adding unique historical charm. The watch winds and ticks smoothly and keeps time. The dial shows honest patina, the hands are intact, and the movement is marked Elgin U.S.A. serial 24462638. This early wire-lug design represents the transitional period between pocket and wristwatches, making it a desirable piece for Elgin collectors and WWI-era watch enthusiasts alike. This early 1920s Elgin men\'s wristwatch features a 15-jewel manual-wind movement in a 14K gold-filled Wadsworth case.
