Alouette Double Bow Headband (more colors available 。Fantastic vintage 1980s mesh bow headband made in France! Excellent condition. Original owner purchased this in 1987 & wore it only once. It was made for Whiting & Davis, but the company only attached a paper tag with the brand & didn’t stamp the actual headband. The bow is made to move up and down as it is secured by a small clamp-like piece of metal on the inside. Looking for a wonderful home! MATERIAL Gold mesh for top and part of sides of band Headband looks like it’s made of durable cellulose acetate. CONDITION Excellent — worn only once; no visible flaws & no broken teeth on headband ORIGIN Made in France Some of the world’s best quality hair accessories are made in France, & they are often quite pricey.
