The Velvet Albert Slipper – Crockett & Jones US。Bullock & Jones Men\'s 7 Luxury Black Velvet Albert House Slippers Slip-On Shoes - Whole-cut black velvet uppers - Grosgrain piping along the top line - Quilted red satin inner linings for optimal comfort - Hard leather soles suitable for formal indoor use ABOUT ALBERT SLIPPERS Named after Prince Albert, Queen Victoria\'s companion, the Albert velvet slipper model is now a classic among slippers. Prince Albert was the first to order this comfortable and elegant slipper. The Albert model is recognizable thanks to its square tongue, its velvet covering and its quilted satin lining. Today these slippers are worn as much indoors as outdoors. The Albert house slipper has a thin leather sole with a small heel, and a bright red quilted satin lining contrasting with the deep black velvet of the shoe. The leather sole is untreated to keep it as soft and comfortable as possible. Gently used, pre-loved item. Excellent condition overall with some wear to the bottoms.
